'Allo! I have not made a recommendation in forever.

Anyway, let's do one for the heck of it.

Magical Girl Anime.

I recommend Cardcaptor Sakura. What's great about the show is that although it does have it's formulaic aspects as most Magical Girl Anime shows do (in this case, the first 2 seasons deal with her capturing the cards that have been scattered), it does a great job of focusing on the minor characters of the show. Case in point, Sakura's classmates. Besides Sakura, Tomoyo, Li, and Mei Lin, there are at least 4 other students that form Sakura's circle of friends, and each are developed with distinct personalities so that their involvement in whatever card shenanigans is going on makes sense.

Lots of character dynamics and interactions too.
