"Aha! Do not pass go, do not collect $200!"

"You're obnoxious when you gloat, Kurt. Besides, let's not forget who owns Marvin Gardens, Atlantic, and Ventnor, and who has a hotel on all three?"

"Yes, yes, but the game is still young. And I do have a number of useful properties myself."

"You mean the Electric Company and the Water Works?"

"Hey, I get 10 times your roll!"

"Kurt, Monopoly is a game of strategy."

"Liebe, it is only a game."

"Well, that doesn't mean I shouldn't try to win!"

"Well, if that's the way you want to play..."

"What? What are you thinking about? I see you smirking..."

"Oh... why don't we make this competition a little more... interesting?"

"Go on, I'm listening..."

"How about... loser has to give winner a massage?"

"I like the way you think. Okay, you're on."

"Let's shake on it."

"You mean you don't trust me?"

"I mean, I know how much you hate to lose, and I don't want you to renege on my massage! I'm still sore after all that Danger Room practice, you know."

"Insufferable man... fine, let's shake and get on with it, then."

"Good. And I believe you owe me $30-- you just landed on the Electric Company."

"Here, take it-- you'll be giving it back to me and more when you land on Ventor!"

"Oh, it looks like I landed on Chance... and I get $15! I am the runner-up in the beauty contest!"

"Stop posing, Kurt. You're embarrassing yourself."

"Am I? Or am I merely distracting you so that I might implement my brilliant Monopoly strategy?"

"I hate it when you do that with your eyebrows, Kurt."

"Excuse me, banker, but is this property available for purchase?"

"Park Place? Yes..."

"Then, I would like to purchase it."

"That'll be $350."

"Here's that, and more, I'd also like to buy some houses."

"Houses? Where... hey, when did you buy Boardwalk?"

"I landed on it the first time around the board, remember? And I've just been biding my time since..."

"Well, then, it looks like things could become interesting. You're still going to lose, of course."

"We'll see about that.... Kitty!"

"Oh, sorry Mr. Wagner.. Ms. Munroe... guess I just didn't watch where I was phasing..."

"You know, you could use the door once in awhile.. oh, you knocked the game everywhere!"

"I'll help you pick it up! I said I was sorry! And... I mean, maybe you shouldn't put the table so close to the wall... er... oh, I'll just be leaving now."

"... how about if we each get a massage?"
